Have yourself a multi-colored Christmas! This New Jersey farm has put a fun spin on traditional trees by ‘growing’ RAINBOW firs for the festive season!!
Wyckoff’s Christmas Tree Farm sits on sixty-five acres of land in Belvidere, New Jersey, and has been growing Christmas trees since 1958. The farm produces rainbow trees in five different species, and offers seven different bright colors. Its trees are sprayed with Kirk Specialty Colorant to get their hue and are then sold at $12 per foot plus tax. Safe: Wyckoff’s believes the colorant is safe, but there are factors that affect coverage such as wind, temperature, method of application, and size of the tree.
