The winner of Hot Career Flip will recieve:
- Full tuition to a 2-year or 3-year program at Collège Boréal,
- Tuition for the specific program that the contestant applied to online at Hot935.ca as per contest requirements
- There is no monetary value to this prize
- This prize is for the Sudbury campus only
- This prize cannot be transferred between Collège Boréal, programs
- Must be fully bilingual
- Must be used as of fall semester 2021
- This prize includes purchase of books required for chosen program
Furthermore, I declare that I have complied with all of the rules and regulations of the Contest (the “Rules”) as required by Collège Boréal, and CIGM-FM, The New HOT 93.5 (the “Contest Sponsor“).
I hereby agree to accommodate and participate in all media appearance requests made by the Contest Sponsor, including but not limited to interviews, press-releases, photo sessions and other Contest and/or product related promotion (including print, television, internet, or other broadcast). I also voluntarily grant the Contest Sponsor and its successors, assigns and licensees, permission to photograph and/or videotape me, record my voice, reproduce my voice, picture and/or my written or photo submissions (or parts thereof), if applicable, and use my name, city and province, voice, picture and/or likeness (“Released Information”) in and in connection with the Contest, any subsequent contest, advertising publicity, promotional merchandise and/or other commercial activities related to the Contest or the Contest Sponsor in perpetuity, in all media currently existing or hereafter created, including but not limited to printed materials, theatrical, non-theatrical, television and all electronic media, including internet usage or press releases and any use to which the same or any material therein may be hereinafter be put, applied or adapted by the Contest Sponsor.
I acknowledge that in granting the aforementioned permission, I do so freely and assume, for myself, all risk to personal injury or property damage, which I may suffer, incur or cause. I hereby agree to release, discharge and forever hold harmless the Contest Sponsor, its direct and indirect affiliates, and their advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal and other advisors, the members of the judging panel and each of their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, partners and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of action, personal injury, property damage or death (including without limitation), all costs and liabilities of any kind (including solicitor fees), AND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY SUCH LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY ACT OF NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, that I or my heirs, executors or administrators have, or may hereafter have against the Released Parties directly or indirectly resulting or arising from: (i) participation in the Contest, or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or travelling to, preparing for, or participating in any Contest-related or Prize-related activity; or (ii) the publicity rights granted to the Contest Sponsor as referred to above. Furthermore, I acknowledge: (i) the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part for a price of equal or greater value; (ii) that I must accept the Prize as awarded and the Prize is not convertible into cash; and (iii) that the Released Parties are not responsible for any costs, expenses incurred in relation to the Contest or Prize other than as expressly described herein. The contest winner also agrees the prize(s) is (are) accepted as is. Only one winner or qualifier per household per 30 days on each Stingray Radio station, for prizes valued under $600 dollars. After winning a prize valued $600 or more, winner must wait one full year before being eligible to win another prize $600 or more. All sales, prizes and other taxes, costs, gratuities, fees, expenses and any other incidentals associated with the prize or its use or enjoyment are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and may not be substituted by the winner. The station assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, loss or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. The station is not responsible for replacing tickets in the event of show cancellations as a result of weather, promoter or performer.
I have read and understood the above and agree to allow the Contest Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies to use my Released Information for purposes mentioned above. I understand that I am receiving no compensation for my participation in this or any subsequent contests.
